OUR PROCESS
01. QUICK PHONE CALL
The process begins with a quick phone call with our team, during which we will ask you some basic questions about your property, such as the number of rooms, the size of the property, and your budget. This will help us get a better idea of your needs and requirements.
02. IN-PERSON CONSULTATION
After the phone call, we will schedule an in-person consultation where we will walk through your property with you, taking notes and photos of each room. We will also discuss the decluttering process and answer any questions you may have.
03. WRITTEN PROPOSAL
Following our discussion, we will furnish you with a comprehensive written proposal encompassing all aspects of the staging procedure. This proposal will outline the scope of work, project timeline, and pricing details. Additionally, we will provide a thorough inventory of the staging items we intend to utilize, along with a list of items we recommend removing from the property.
04. STAGING DATE
Once your approval is granted for our proposal, we’ll coordinate a staging date that aligns with your schedule. On the designated staging day, our team will promptly arrive at your property and commence unloading furniture, artwork, and accessories. Once all items are unloaded, we’ll proceed with our favorite part of the process, which is to style your home!
05. STAGING PROCESS
The actual staging process usually takes between 4 to 6 hours, depending on the size of your property. Our team will carefully place all the items we have selected in the most optimal location to showcase the best features of your property.
06. FINAL WALK-THROUGH
Once the staging is complete, we will walk through the property with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the results. We will make any necessary adjustments to ensure that the property looks its best.
07. DE-STAGING
Upon the sale of your property, we’ll collaborate with you to arrange the de-staging date. Our team will meticulously pack up all our items and ensure their removal from your property. We take pride in leaving your property in the same pristine condition as when we first arrived.
